देखो दोस्तों, PMS यानी Post Matric Scholarship एक government scheme है जो SC, ST, OBC और Minority students को financial support देती है लेकिन ये पैसा automatically नहीं आता। जब तुम online application submit करते हो तो form एक लंबी verification process से गुजरता है जिसमें कई stages होते हैं। पहले college level पर documents verify होते हैं फिर district level पर officials check करते हैं और उसके बाद state level पर final approval होता है। हर stage पर अलग status होता है और उसे समझना जरूरी है क्योंकि अगर कोई problem है तो तुम तुरंत action ले सकते हो वरना महीनों wait के बाद पता चलता है कि कोई document missing था।

कैसे Check करें Status?
हर state की अपनी scholarship portal होती है लेकिन basic steps almost same हैं। अगर National Scholarship Portal यानी NSP से apply किया है तो scholarships.gov.in पर जाओ और Check Your Status या Applicant Login पर click करो। अपना application ID और password या date of birth डालकर login करो और dashboard खुल जाएगा जहां current status clearly दिखेगा। अगर state portal से apply किया है जैसे Maharashtra के लिए mahadbtmahait.gov.in या UP के लिए scholarship.up.gov.in तो respective portals पर जाकर login credentials से check करो।

Different Status का Meaning!
अगर Application Submitted या Registered दिख रहा है तो form successfully submit हो गया है लेकिन verification शुरू नहीं हुआ। Under Process या Pending at Institute Level means college अभी documents verify कर रहा है जिसमें एक से दो हफ्ते लगते हैं। Forward to District means district office में verification चल रही है। Approved या Sanctioned का मतलब है scholarship approve हो गई और अब पैसा भेजा जाएगा लेकिन approval से payment में fifteen से thirty days लग सकते हैं। Payment Released means account में पैसा आ चुका है। लेकिन अगर Rejected, Defective, या Query Raised दिख रहा है तो immediately action लेना होगा क्योंकि कोई document issue है जिसे rectify करना पड़ेगा।
