Status Check करना क्यों जरूरी है?

Different Status Codes का मतलब
Application Submitted / Registered
- तुम्हारा form successfully submit हो गया है
- अभी verification शुरू नहीं हुआ
- कोई action नहीं लेना है, wait करो
Under Process / Pending at Institute Level
- तुम्हारा college documents verify कर रहा है
- Normally 1-2 weeks लगते हैं
- Agar ज्यादा delay हो तो college office से contact करो
Forward to District / Pending at District Level
- District office में verification चल रही है
- थोड़ा time consuming होता है
- Patience रखो, ये normal है
Approved / Sanctioned
- Congratulations! Scholarship approve हो गई
- अब पैसा भेजा जाएगा
- Approval से payment में 15-30 days लग सकते हैं
Payment Released / Amount Credited
- Paise तुम्हारे account में आ चुके हैं
- Bank statement check करो confirmation के लिए
Rejected / Defective / Query Raised
- Serious issue है, immediately action लो
- कोई document गलत है या information mismatch है
- Remarks पढ़ो और जल्दी rectify करो
Pending Status में क्या करें?
अगर तुम्हारा status बहुत दिनों से “Pending” दिख रहा है तो ये steps follow करो:
College Level पर Pending:
- College scholarship nodal officer से मिलो
- Verification क्यों नहीं हो रहा पूछो
- जरूरत पड़े तो written application दो
District Level पर Stuck:

- Email भेजो अपना application number mention करके
